Vertical Mile Challenge to Hollow Rock Loop [CLOSED]

Users have reported a temporary closing of this trail due to COVCA-19. The park's website provides information that's up to date. The loop includes several trails and is difficult to finish. It goes around the back side of the dome, and there is another table with seating for eight, though not on the exposed dome. On the dome, there is another picnic table. When you get to the fire you should choose this option. The shorter trail goes to the top of the mountain. I was able to say that the area contains al daisy, cacti, and some other plants. If you are not feeling up to the loop, then go on the Grindstone trail that will get you to the same point.
