About This Trail
A 19 acre lake is the centerpiece of the 340 acres of Vastwood Park. This loop trail takes you around the lake. The trail is paved and has gentle rolling terrain. The bridge is only for foot traffic. The trail will take you past a swimming area, beachhouse and campsite. There is a graveled spur trail that leads up a hill and offers a wonderful view of the park. The spur trail is the only elevation gain.
