Meadowood Park has soccer fields, volleyball, picnic shelters, children's play structures, fishing and boating. The Upper Falls of Coal River can be seen from Upper Falls Point. The Upper Falls Walking Trail is one of the trails that are autonomously. It is a matrix that connects all areas of the park. The trail is wheelchair accessible, except at the Upper Falls of Coal River.
