About This Trail
There are two tracts in Acton, but the Town Forest is the smaller of the two. While a second trail is able to allow viewing of the marsh, wetlands are the main area unsuitable for trails. The city recommends that parking be on this road. It is not far from the end of the road. Try to not let private drives affect the flow of road traffic. The most popular of the trails is the yellow loop. The path is easy to walk and free of flooding. There are rocks. It's a bit overgrown and noisy when going down the Blue secondary trail. This way allows for you to see more of the area in a less intrusive way.
