About This Trail
The trail goes along a stream. The trail goes through a deep hollow. You come to the lake once you get out of the hollow. You can see the fire tower from the north shore of the lake. You can get to the Orange trail after following along the lake shore. At this point, you begin your climb to the top of the ridge. You will pass some nice springs along the way. The trail head is where you pick up the sterling ridge trail. You can see some great view points along the ridge.
