The loop trail is in the center of the city. There are multiple access points. It is used for a variety of activities. It follows the river. The Falls at Falls Park has an observation tower. The loop trail is in the central part of the city. The Eastern and Southern trail goes through a lot of parks. It is used for a variety of activities. It follows the river. The Falls at Falls Park has an observation tower. The eastern and southern portions have the most use. The most elevation change is going North of Falls Park, where there is an extended incline, bridge over the spillway, and switchbacks. The rest is an easy trail of about 18 miles.
