About This Trail
The hike is very easy. It was almost entirely in the shade. It suffers from a lot of rain. Some areas have a creek with water running down it. Be prepared for mud. That's right, and bugs The pond is lovely for swimming and fishing. The platforms have a fire pit and are in good shape. The shelter is in good shape with a great view. There is an outhouse near the shelter. It is in good condition, but be careful under the toilet lid.
