About This Trail
It was damaged during a mudslide. The trail is open, says the forest. There have been reports that it is not accessible from the trail head. It should be possible to access the trail from E Camino Cielo. The Los Padres National Forest has the most up-to-date information. The San Ysidro Creek goes along West Park Lane, then along the Edison Catway, and finally along the trail. It is the most shaded of the local trails. The canyon walls are popular with climbers. The waterfall becomes popular after the winter rains, while the deep pools become popular during the summer.
