About This Trail

Imported description
The trail is clear, easy to navigate, and has educational postings about the history of Palmetto State Park. Young kids will love it! The land was transformed into a prehistoric jungle by the dwarf palmettos. It is recommended to take a short tour of the best that Palmetto State Park has to offer. The educational postings can be found throughout. The water tower built by the CCC is one of the features of the trail. The Ottine Swamp Trail and the Mesquite Flats trail have quick access to them.
