About This Trail
The preserve is named after the Miami word for peace. A small pond near the entrance is where you will find peace before entering the forested area. Oak and Hickory trees are the main trees in the rolling upland woods. The forest is affected by the erosion of the ravines. The trails are both wide and narrow.
