About This Trail
The views into Waterville Valley are great. The Pine Bend Trail is almost flat for the first two miles with six stream crossing before it becomes steep through the forest. It continues to be steep up to the junction. The ridge walk leads up to the north peak with nice views to the south. The middle peak has better views from the west, south and east. It was not easy to walk back up to the north peak. The last couple of miles are not flat.
