You will pass through a pass and then ascend a mountain on this hike. The trail goes from the shores of Lake Colden. You will have great views of the MacIntyre Range and also southeast towards Mt. It was said by The loop trail can be very strenuous and is often done in reverse. The Lake Arnold trail is not as steep as the trap dyke and can be dangerous if you attempt it.
