About This Trail

Imported description
A fun and challenging hike to one of the best firetower views. The Hudson river is the first water crossing that is fun from the get-go, it was washed away during Hurricane Irene in 2011. You will find the "floating" bridge soon after. The trail that leads to Mt Adams splits from the Allen trail after crossing Lake Jimmy. You will climb 1700' and get one of the best firetower views in the state.
