The Middle Ford Ferry Trail is named after Thomas Farm. The Thomas Farm trail is 1.75 miles and the Middle Ford Ferry trail is.25 miles. The trail covers the part of the battlefield where the most intense fighting took place. The trail explores the early settlement of the Monocacy Region and provides a peaceful view of the Monocacy River.
