Menominee Shoreline Trail to Menominee Park

The best place to begin is at the entrance to Ame's Point. Take the paved walkway south along the lake's shoreline. There is also a possibility of walking on the grass nearer the waterside. The paved path can change direction if you stay on the grass near the shoreline. You can go both ways. There will be a large playground and a walkway on the shore line. The zoo will be open on the first Saturday in May and last Saturday in September. There isn't any cost for entry to the zoo and the inner circle can be included in the hike. It's a good idea to go from the zoo entrance to the sidewalk to get to the shoreline. The walk back to the parking area at Millers Bay was paraphrased.
