About This Trail
The park with the 4 miles of walking trails is called "Embos Park". The area north of the highway is fenced in, with most the south off limits to dogs. There are many sports options in the park, including disc-golf, basketball courts, baseball fields, batting cages, tennis courts and a skateboard park. The porta-potties are located in several different locations in the park. A lot of the pieces of the Appalachian Sculpture Project are located at the park. Walk the full distance to see all the pieces of art. The Blairsville Scottish Festival is one of the attractions that is hosted at the park. There are upcoming dates on the official website.
