About This Trail
This is a nice hike that is perfect for taking the kids on a Sunday afternoon or after work. The trail is gravel for the first quarter of a mile and then asphalt or wood for the rest of the trail. You'll be sharing the trail with many other people but the wide path gives you plenty of room. There is a small picnic area at the trailhead and benches along the trail. I've seen birds and butterflies along the way down to the creek.
