About This Trail
You can embark on the Padre Island beach hike provided you possess a 44 vehicle and know how to negotiate the sand. Most Texas beaches are public highways. Hikers who visit the beach without feeling annoyed by traffic can follow the road through the Malaquite Beach section, which is where vehicles aren't allowed. It's recommended that North Padre is one of a college's favorite locations on spring break. Read more at the following websites: Mala Quite Beach Hike of the Texas Hikers Trail.
