Maguire Peaks Loop Trail via Lower Maguire Peaks Trail [CLOSED]

You are unlikely to see the herd of oli stoks, if you hike the Maguire Peaks loop. The best spot in this wilderness to hike is Maguire Peak, but it is actually one of the least visited. This easy 5.1 mile hike provides great vistas and has no crowds and can be accomplished in 48 hours. If you'll be lucky, you can see the herd of Tule ELks near the lake. To get to the bus stop, you'll need a car and 0.6 miles on the fork in the road with a gate at the side of the road. The gate is marked with the number 128.
