About This Trail
The north end of Back Bay is where you'll have to navigate the thick lotus field in the middle of winter. It is a short distance south of the park and among the natural run-off wetlands and man made canals. The National Wildlife Preserve is part of the Back Bay Watershed. The take out is a small muddy area on the north side of Sandbridge Rd, and you will get your feet muddy here. Sandbridge Road is busy in the summer months.
