About This Trail

Imported description

The Lost 40 is a point of interest in the forest. The 40 acres that was surveyed as swampland in error was never purchased by loggers and has never been seen. It's full of old growth red and white pine trees. There are many information stands along the trail that explain what you are looking at. It was very easy to walk and the tree was quiet. It's worth the drive and you should bring your camera.
