About This Trail
Lone Spring Trail has two loops, one north and one south. The trail is named for a spring that emerges in the valley at the base of a ridge. The Lone Springs Trail's northern portion is open to hikers and backpackers and crosses a state natural area. The dogwood and wild flowers are in bloom in the spring and the southern loop of this trail is very nice.
