About This Trail

Imported description

The majority of the trail is still accessible. The park page has more information. The rail-trail goes up the eastern edge of Little Beaver Creek. The canopy of trees keeps the trail cool in the summer but also keeps snow and ice from melting. The rock is said to have been carved by people who worked on the railroad nearly a century ago. The Little Beaver Creek trail will be part of the Great Ohio Lake-to-River Greenway, which will encompass 100 miles from the Ohio river to Lake Erie.
