About This Trail

Imported description
This is the most scenic hike in the area. The trail goes by limestone cliffs and bluffs where hikers can see the Missouri River. You have to take a short spur off of the main trail. The bluffs are close to the main trail. The first 2 miles of the hike are where these sections come up. Moderately strenuous for hiking in Missouri. It is possible to cross a creek in wet weather. You will be doing the full 8.2 mile loop if you don't take the fork that heads north at the creek crossing.
