About This Trail

Imported description
The trail starts on the Chumash Trail and goes up for 2.6 miles with great views of the city and some barren hillsides. You can follow the ridge line for 1.5 miles to the Las Llajas Trail if you want to see fossils. You can head down Las Llajas canyon with a creek to your left and a cluster of oaks to shade your way. The Las Llajas trail ends on Evening Sky Drive. Go left on Evening Star until it ends, then go through the gate to the Chumash Trailhead. Keep an eye out for mountain bikers on this hike.
