About This Trail

Lake County has the largest forest preserve. There are dedicated equestrian trails and additional trails for hiking and skiing. There was no bikes and no dogs. There are at least 24 threatened and threatened species in the area. The west side of the preserve contains a 70acre hobo. It is ringed by poison sumac and has been designated as a nationalnatural landmark and nature preserve. The habitat for a variety of wetlands is known as the Broberg Marsh. One of the best breeding spots for birds can be found in its habitat. This landscape consists of oaks, wetlands, and fields. You can find farmlands and groves of evergreens. The bat colony in the vicinity of Shelter E is one of the many wildlife that live here.
