About This Trail
The upper portion of Lake Wakakon Trail extends east from St Joseph to a distance of 49 miles, while the lower portion goes from the state inland down to Holdingford, with a total of 62 miles. The trail provides a great trail for all ages and ability and has no steep uphills, making it great for kids and seniors. In cases where there are too many local restaurants to explore, you can still eat out at one of the Dairy Queens that exist and take a break.
