About This Trail
This easement is located in downtown Estes Park and it permanently protects the open natural character of it's wetlands and the rocky crest. There is no allowed pet or bike in the area for education or passive recreation. Albert Birch was the former city editor for the Denver Post. The Ruins, a stone bungalow that was burned in the fire, was replaced with a log structure called The Cabin. There are bears in the area.
