The place is within the Mt. The state reservation is called Tom State Reservation. The Kay Bee trail is an out side trail. The quote is "Tom State Reservation." You have to follow the access trail to get to the Kay Bee. This is mostly from the direction of the intersection with the Keystone Trail. There is a junction to the Keystone trail. There is a lengthy ascent in the beginning. After the rain it can be muddy and buggy.
