You can see the Johnson Creek Greenway trail on the bottom of the hill from the highway, it easterly runs along Johnson Creek towards Horn Lake Mississippi. The trail is open year round. This trail is utilized for hiking and biking, it is part of the program in the Mississippi. The trail begins in Mississippi at the intersection of Johnson Creek and Baldwin Road, which is in DeSoto County. The remote area is home to a number of animals, including deer and fox. Bald eagles are abundant in the nearby wetlands.
