About This Trail
You can find a parking shoulder along the road next to the trailhead, and you will see a sign saying that it's 6.8 miles away. The trail is pretty easy but a round trip of over 13 miles is lengthy. The flow of water in the river is decent and you should still boil it. It is a good idea to bring water shoes because the bottom is rough and you should not walk on it. The hike back is a lot easier but it is still a good day trip.
