About This Trail

Imported description

An easy hike that takes you up to the pass and then deposits you on the desert floor. The majority of ascent and descent is at the beginning of the trail, which is a little rock-strewn but generally has good footing. The obvious trail is the one to follow, but there is a narrow trail that goes from the parking lot to the primary trail. If you take it on the return, you will shave off a bit of climbing and probably a mile of walking.
