About This Trail
It is not difficult to find a parking spot to go to the Sugar Hill State Forest. It runs along several river and gorges but ends on a road in the park. It turns out the trail is not down into the gorge but up into a park that runs down the mountainside. The owner of many of the trails private property prohibits hikers from going on some in the fall hunting season.
