About This Trail

Anthem Country Club blocks access to the Daisy Mountain and State Trust Land on more than 4 miles. Club has a gates and does not allow access to hikers. As result "Daisy Mountain Trail via Anthem Country Club" is not really accessible to public. Solution is to hike to the trailhead from the west, where another trail to the Daisy Mountain begins. There trail is - generally speaking - flat and easy, but it's marked as "Moderate" for two reasons: (1) there is no clear path / establish trail: you will need to use your trail finding skill to find a best route. (2) there are several dry creeks that needs to be crossed. As usually in Arizona, those creeks are dry most time of the year, but crossing them is still a challange. Finding good entry and exit point is not easy. After 2.8 miles you will reach "Daisy Mountain Trail via Anthem Country Club" little bit above trailhead and you can continue going up to the top.
