About This Trail

Imported description

There is both a gravel road and a canal along the length of the island. The road trail goes away from the canal into a narrow valley before crossing over to the lock and dam. For mountain biking the best is not recommended for road bikes due to the gravel road. There is a decent way to go as a hike, but there's not a lot of change along the trail.
