About This Trail
In 1978, the gorge that took 90 feet into the stream was the reason it went through the register of critical areas, which includes the areas that need extra protection. This is a hike worth taking with 50 acres of thick forested land that has several picnic sites, and also a place where a refreshing drink and food can be found. According to this article, a public drinking water supply used to be in the city which is just to the East of the property.
