About This Trail
In the background is Gold Camp Road, and here is the lower and eastern end of the trail. At a peak, Captain Jack's Trail meets with the western and higher end. It will be really hard on the up hill. The trail is only suitable for downhill bikes. There were steep portions and lots of loose gravel in the tire paths. On foot, eastbound remains manageable in some areas, though strenuous in some others.
