The hiking trail starts at Buckskin Mt. The quote is State Park. It crosses Arizona Hwy 95 on a foot bridge and then goes across scenic desert hills to some mines and finally a point overlooking the Colorado river. The eastern extension continues east from the mines and ends at River Island State Park.
