About This Trail

The Paseo del Bosque Bike Trail is one of the premier bicycle trails in the southwestern United States. It is even better in October during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. It's a good time to ride the trail because of the cooler weather, but it's also a better time to see colorful balloons. The trail is used a lot in Albuquerque. It never seems crowded and the bikers, strollers, and skaters are happy to be outside. It is an added bonus that you can spot roadrunner, coyote, or deer along the trail.
