About This Trail

Imported description

You have to park at Woody Gap and walk north along the side of the road to get to the trail. Caution is needed as the road shoulders can be narrow. This is a very rocky road that has been used for a long time. You are rewarded with a great view at the top. An old fire tower has been converted into an antenna farm that houses an amateur radio system. You won't have access to the actual tower because of the fence.
