The Atlanta BeltLine is a 22-mile trail that encircles the city. The trail is now open. A proposed 22-mile trail circling Atlanta connects 45 in-town neighborhoods. There are sections that you can still enjoy without the full 22 miles built yet. The city of Atlanta is very automobile focused, so it's interesting to see it from a walking path. Some of the neighborhoods that the BeltLine connects are very historic and difficult to navigate through a car. You can expect to see different things when you visit the BeltLine. There are paved and flat trails for beginners to ride in the Atlanta BeltLine. There are several interesting stops along the route to keep the kids entertained.
