About This Trail
The first road used by the Spanish in 1686 is followed by the Bellamy Bridge Heritage Trail. The trail has a ghost. The hiker can go to the Florida Floodplain Swamp and the upper Chipola River. The area is subject to flooding and one should call the Jackson County Parks Department. If you are lucky, you may see a wild hog. Make sure you have bug spray.
