About This Trail
The hours are from seven a.m. to seven p.m., but it can be later in the day. You can take your kayak or canoe on a nature trail. The water is calm, this is what it says. It's a good place for the young and learns to enjoy nature because of the shallowness of the pond. You cannot really see the wetlands at the lake without paddling power. It's possible to see some areas of the wilderness that are not accessible by walking by using the kayak water trails and calm waters at the BEACON POND. Explanation of nature around you can be found in the kayak trail interpretive signs. It is only by water that the signs are accessible.
