About This Trail
The 144th Street Trail connects many residential neighborhoods of western Omaha to popular biking and running spots. The concrete multi-use path is an option if you don't mind a bit of a challenge. The trail is very hilly. This is the perfect place to get some hill work done. There are lots of parking at the trailheads and in the commercial areas along the trail. It is not significant despite the shade along the route.
