Imported descriptionThe Mid-State Hiking Trail traverses the park and provides easy access to this popular local hiking activity. Picnicking, canoeing, fishing and hunting are popular summer sports. Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing are prominent in winter. Wildlife viewing and scenery observation of the Ware River Watershed are popular year-round.
