About this unit
North Fremont County around Dubois and the upper Wind River drainage. Sage parks on the river floor climb through aspen and Douglas-fir to spruce-fir and alpine tundra on the Absaroka and Wind River ranges. Predominantly Shoshone National Forest with the Washakie Wilderness on the north and Fitzpatrick Wilderness on the south.
