About this unit
South Carbon County wrapping the Sierra Madre range and the upper Encampment River drainage. Lodgepole and spruce-fir climb to alpine tundra above 11,000 feet near Bridger Peak. Predominantly Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest with the Huston Park and Encampment River wilderness areas.
