About this unit
Central Eagle County between Eagle and the Castle Peak country. Pinyon-juniper and sage on the lower benches grade up through aspen and oakbrush to spruce-fir on the higher ridges. Mix of BLM and White River National Forest with private ranch ground in the river bottoms.
