Western Garfield County wrapping Battlement Mesa and the Roan Plateau south face. Pinyon-juniper and oakbrush benches step up through aspen to spruce-fir on the high plateau tops. Mix of BLM and White River National Forest with energy-development infrastructure and private ground.
