South Jackson County around Arapaho National Wildlife Refuge and the upper Illinois River. Willow bottoms, sage flats, and irrigated meadows on the park floor with lodgepole on the higher benches. Mix of NWR, BLM, and Routt National Forest with private ranch ground.
